ONSITE EXPERIENCE
Richard Polak is an accomplished playwright and author who began his writing career at the age of 16. He has written seven plays that were produced in Los Angeles and New York, including his popular comedy Steak Night, which was published by Samuel French and is still being produced today. After relocating to Hollywood, Richard worked as a writer for the legendary Betty White.
His book on productivity, Work Smart Now, became the #1 release on Amazon. With the Legend of the Ishkadees, Richard hopes to bring the same smiles to children and parents that he did as a Good Humor ice cream man when he was 17.
When not writing business books, novels, or plays, Richard speaks at many conferences for organizations around the world, including the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, Social Security Reform in Bulgaria, several Compensation and Benefits Associations, the National Conference on Pension Reform, SHRM, WorldatWork, American Benefits Council and the International Leadership Forum.
